Pinaco is an Art Consultancy based in London and working across the globe. We tell stories through art; weaving narratives that are filled with purpose, meaning and beauty. As art consultants and curators, our role is to dress spaces with engaging, memorable and beautiful art and design.

Brief Review

We collaborate closely with clients to fully understand the brief and objectives of the art collection. Our process typically begins with analysing architectural documentation to recommend art placements that best complement the space. Once these locations are identified, we start developing an art narrative that enriches the project and resonates with its surroundings.

Proposal

In order to create the best art collection for each project our team starts researching its context and particularities, bringing out the stories behind the spaces. We specialise in sourcing local and emerging talent to weave art narratives that complement each project and its location. Pinaco procures and commissions pieces that take viewers on a journey that enriches the spaces that they traverse.

Production

To bring our vision to life, Pinaco collaborates with an expanding network of international artists and producers. We brief and commission artists to create custom pieces tailored to each project, while also designing bespoke artworks in-house and sourcing existing pieces from our extensive gallery and artist network. We manage and oversee every aspect of art production and framing to ensure a flawless final outcome.

Installation

The final step in our process is delivering the artworks ready for installation, along with sourcing artefacts and accessories that enhance the collection. We collaborate globally with professional installation teams, ensuring each piece is installed with utmost professionalism and efficiency. From framed artworks to sculptural installations, Pinaco oversees the entire process, guaranteeing that the final display meets the highest standards of quality.

Virgilio is a multidisciplinary curator with a career and educational background that straddles contemporary design and curatorial research. He has a passion for local art scenes and for uncovering the undiscovered which has led him to curate rich, eclectic collections that exude a deep sense of place and travel between the classic and the contemporary.
